About Us
The main things you need to know about doing business with us:
Your credit card information is protected by industry-standard procedures; Authorizenet is our processor (we don't see your credit card information). You can pay by check or school purchase order -- there's a place to note that in the checkout process. We don't share information about you with anyone. If you aren't happy with us, let us know and we will make it right.
Pocket Videos.com offers flipbooks, sequence photos, posters, videotapes and DVDs of top track and field event performers so participants, coaches and fans can study the fine points of technique in stop-frame and full motion.
Making A Purchase
Browse our catalog by clicking a heading in the left margin or in the pulldown menu (e.g., Javelin). Place items into your shopping cart from the catalog pages or, if you know what you want, save time by using the "Quick Order" page. When you finish shopping, click "Checkout" and proceed through the secure payment process.
After you enter your address you will be asked to indicate your method of payment. Choose one of three on the pulldown menu:
1. Credit Cards. Visa or MasterCard.
2. Payment Mailed or Faxed Separately. Mail your check to P.O. Box 13397, Burton, WA 98013. Fax credit card information to 206-299-9240.
3. School Purchase Order. Please enter the purchase order number in the indicated space, and have us ship to the school's address.
We will notify you via e-mail when we receive your order, and again when we have shipped it.
Shipping And Handling
Pocket Videos.com ships to US addresses using First Class or Priority mail. Please let us know if you prefer a different method. Postage for international orders is $10 because these require special handling at the post office.
Our goal is to ship every order within three business days of payment confirmation.
A Word About the Books....
The quality of the images in a Pocket Videos.com flipbook or sequence sheet depends on the quality of the original images. Even with expert re-touching, videotaped images from actual competitions are generally of lower quality than digital images that are captured in a studio -- where lighting, background, subject framing, and re-takes can be controlled. Nevertheless, we feel that the value of being able to view and analyze a National- or International-class performance far outweighs any imperfections in the images themselves, and we are proud to offer our products as exceptionally useful tools for students of these events.
Back Orders
If part of your order is not available for shipment, we will be in touch with you directly to explain the situation and determine how you want us to resolve it. Our Shipping and Handling charge will apply only to the first shipment of an order; we pay the freight on backordered items that we have to ship to you separately.
Tax Charges
Orders delivered within Washington State will have sales tax of 8.4 percent added to the total.
